Female purebred Australian Shepherd, black tri, desexed. in CARRINGTON, New South Wales for sale
Audrey is a 10 month old purebred Australian Shepherd, black with tan points and white markings, and is looking for a new home. Audrey is very gentle and soft. She can be timid around new people and in new environments: she therefore needs a home with someone who is experienced and patient enough to help her to feel secure and allow her to blossom at her own pace. She would suit an experienced dog-home rather than someone looking for a first family pet. While she is initially shy around people, Audrey LOVES the company of other nice-natured dogs, and requires a home where she will have the company of at least one canine friend. She really comes out of her shell around other dogs, and is happy and playful, and finds it easier to interact with people with a friend beside her. Australian Shepherds are a working breed, and although Audrey is a little shy, she is smart and very trainable. She will enjoy being kept busy by way of training and exercise, as well as having plenty of enrichment in her environment. She would do best in a home where there is a stable routine, and where someone is home most of the time. Audrey is currently being fostered at Brandy Hill in NSW (30 minutes from Newcastle, 20 minutes from Maitland, and a comfortable 2 hour drive from Sydney). She is living with a number of other dogs including other Australian Shepherds, a greyhound, Miniature Pinschers and a Papillon, and gets along well with them all. Audrey is in good health, and is microchipped (943094320438619). Her vaccinations are up to date and she will be desexed before going to her new home. Adoption fee $450. (Please note: Audrey is not an Aussie that I bred - I am just fostering her until she finds her new home.)
